These terms apply to your use of this website and to inquiries and orders placed with Guruge Cinnamon Expo Products. Please read them before ordering.

Guruge Cinnamon Expo Products is a Ceylon cinnamon grower and exporter based in Hikkaduwa, Sri Lanka, selling to retail customers, wholesalers, and importers worldwide.
You may browse this site, and use its content, for your own personal or business purchasing decisions. You may not copy our photography, text, or grade descriptions for use on another commercial site without our written permission.
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Cinnamon is an agricultural product. Colour, thickness, aroma, and quill length vary naturally between harvests, and our photography shows real stock rather than an idealised sample, so small differences between what you see and what arrives are normal and are not a defect.
Grade names describe quill diameter and appearance according to Sri Lankan practice. Where we state a characteristic such as low coumarin, that reflects the nature of true Ceylon cinnamon and any analysis we hold; it is not medical or dietary advice.
Prices shown on the site are indicative and may be converted from another currency for your convenience. The price that applies to your order is the one confirmed in writing in your quotation or order confirmation.
Export quotations are valid for the period stated on them, because freight rates and harvest availability move.
An order exists once we have confirmed it in writing and, where applicable, received the agreed payment. Until then we may decline or adjust an order — for example if a grade sells out or a destination cannot be served.
You are responsible for giving us a correct delivery address and any import information your country requires.
Delivery timelines we give are estimates, and once a shipment is with a courier, freight forwarder, or customs authority it is outside our control.
Import duties, taxes, and clearance charges in the destination country are payable by you. See our shipping page for how this works in practice.
Food products cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind. Where an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or short, our returns policy explains what to do and the timeframes that apply.
We are responsible for supplying goods that match what we agreed to supply. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, arising from a delay or a shipping problem.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
These terms are governed by the law of Sri Lanka. This does not remove any protection you have under the law where you live.
