Online checkout accepts configured Sri Lankan districts. International order? Contact us for a shipping quote.

If your country has import restrictions on food or plant products, tell us early and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.

Dispatch times

Preparation and dispatch arrangements are confirmed with your order.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates come from the configured district service. International transit times are quoted separately.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. We will give you tracking, and we will chase a delayed shipment with you.

Shipping costs

Shipping is quoted per order, because the cost depends on weight, volume, destination, and the service you choose. You will always see the shipping cost and agree to it before an order is confirmed.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Import duties, taxes, and clearance charges in the destination country are payable by the buyer. They are set by your customs authority, we cannot calculate them for you, and they are not included in our prices.

Local pickup in Hikkaduwa

If you are in Sri Lanka, or visiting, you can collect from our shop in Hikkaduwa instead of paying for shipping. Message us first so your order is packed and waiting.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is delayed well past its estimate, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us with your order reference and we will take it up with the carrier. Our returns policy covers what happens next.
